How long will my order take?

Orders take 2 weeks to create, then ship first class USPS mail with delivery confirmation. You can track your order through PayPal.

How do I pay?

Amy K accepts PayPal payments. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account. You can pay through PayPal without creating an account and using your credit card.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email from PayPal with your tracking number. If you lost this email, just contact Amy K and the tracking information can be emailed to you.

Can I get the hat in another color?

Yes! Some items can be custom ordered through the Amy K website. If the item you want doesn’t offer customization, please contact Amy K to set up a custom order.

Can I return/exchange an item?

Yes! You have 30 days after you receive your order to return/or exchange the item. Returning an item: you will receive a full refund, but must ship the items back at your expense. Exchanging an item: you will need to contact Amy K to arrange for a new item. You must ship the item back at your expense.

What if I need my item fast?

Please contact Amy K to see if a rush order is a possibility. Rush orders during non-peak times (April-July) is a possibility.

Can I wash my hat?

All items purchased from Amy K have the same care instructions. Hand Wash in Cool Water. Reshape and Lay Flat to Dry. The only item that I do not recommend washing is the Lion Hat.

Are your items safe for children?

All Amy K items meet the CPSIA government standards for products intended for children under the age of 13. I do not recommend leaving your child unattended wearing Amy K products.
